FAQ

Booking is mandatory. We can not welcome players who would have not made a reservation before coming. Booking is very easy : choose a room, a number of players, a day and a time on our website, or give us a call (+33 9 81 00 69 00) or just come over. Your team should be made of 2 to 6 players for one room, but we can privatize 3 rooms together (up to 18 players) if you need to. Bookings are non cancelable and non refundable. If you call us 48h before the slot you booked, we can make a new reservation subsequently so you can still come and play later on.

No picture or video is allowed. We kindly ask every player to leave cameras and phones in a locked locker before entering a room. There is no recording. Cameras inside a room are for the GAME MASTERS to watch and help you when you need to.

We kindly ask our customers to arrive 10 min early. Any delay of more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation without any refund

If you have claustrophobia you can play freely. Each room is big enough and panic buttons are installed in each of them to insure that you can go out whenever you want if you need to.

Children 8 years old and more, can play along with you. But in any circumstances, an adult should be in the room with children under the age of 16. We don't have a children fare though.

You will not be scared. WE WELCOME KIDS FROM 10 YEARS OF AGE, SO YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. NO NEED TO BE EXTREMILY FIT EITHER, NO STRENGH OR PHYSICAL ABILTIES ARE REQUIRED.

The Castle of Fire & Ice is totaly accessible and allows to enjoy the full experience. Jack the Ripper and Top Secret are accessible, but the person with reduced mobility won't be able to participate to all the challenges. So we advise you to choose Winter is Coming in priority.
